Management section... The moderators have different management approaches. Some are gentle and amiable, as this way it's harder to escalate conflicts... When there are conflicts in the forum, arguing back and forth is a lose-lose situation. A chaotic atmosphere is one concern, and when people's unity is broken, that's another concern. Of course, the forum definitely also needs 'bad people', just like the city inspectors everyone hates—they put in effort but don't get praised, yet still work to beautify the city. But being a bad person also requires strategy; you can't be too high-profile... So sometimes, I quietly do some mischievous things in the background, hehe.
