The lively forum I imagine is like a martial arts world, where loyalty and friendship are respected, with all kinds of immortals both in front of and behind the scenes. When beginners arrive, they would feel that the forum has a grand layout and deep heritage, which gives them motivation and a desire to rise. Similarly, can a martial world lack sects? If there were only one supreme master, it would be extremely boring. It's when heroes rise together and compete across the land that true greatness emerges.
With competition in the game rules, how can there be a lack of order? Moderators guide traffic and manage channels, while senior administrators steer the course; all of this, in my eyes, is a kind of alternative enjoyment...
