Aren't those two dragons the Dark Holy Dragon Emperor Tian and the Light Holy Dragon Ya?
"Ya, are you talking about that black-haired boy?" The Dark Holy Dragon Emperor Tian had already landed on the ground.

Elemental Competitions, where each element competes for the championship.
