First, you need to dual-wield single-handed swords, and your attack skills should be Sky Cross Sword and Whirlwind Fast Sword. For automatic attacks, choose Three Inches and Three Flowers Converge. The most important thing for a knight is to increase agility, and later on, use Gold Leaf to reset points!\Make sure Sky Cross reaches level 15, Whirlwind at level 13, and stabbing skill above 1600 (very simple). If your health is pitifully low, use the potion that adds 1500 HP for one hour!\First use Sky Cross to eliminate the small ones, leaving just the head and body in the end. Attack the head first, but be careful not to use skill attacks on the head; use normal attacks instead (especially effective against the head!).\For the body, use Whirlwind Fast Sword. The head can only take 900 HP per skill attack, while the body can take 5000 HP per attack! Basically, it will be done in seven rounds.
