Today, a classmate brought an Android phone and said it came with 499 mobile phone credit. I wanted to play with it, but unfortunately it ran out of battery. How about it? Is it good to get mobile phone recharge credit?

You can't really say whether it's good or bad... you can only say it works... if you're lucky, it can be used for half a year; if you're unlucky, it will have problems in a week...
If you only make calls, it can still last longer… As for playing games, one of mine used to break the confirm button after just three days of playing…
I don't know. Last time I paid my phone bill, the telecom gave me a phone, a Samsung one that can't access the internet, and then I gave it to my grandfather.
Generally, Android phones under 600 are relatively low-end, can't play large games, can only play smaller games, and have limited memory. In summary: not very good…
I especially recommend to the thread starter the ZTE U795, a very cost-effective Android phone, which can be bought on Taobao for just 460 yuan. The phone originally has 4GB of memory, but the usable memory is only 513MB. However, don't worry, by flashing the ROM you can get 2GB of usable memory, allowing many large games to run smoothly without installing 3D boosters (provided the phone is rooted).
