The higher the charge setting, the better. 2: Go to wholesale a large number of local phone SIM cards (20 to 30 cards, no minimum monthly consumption required) and then send text messages and make phone calls to the number you applied for. 3: Then use Alipay and other things to set up two accounts, then recharge to buy "things" and change them to the bank.
