Why can't I upload files?

I use UC Browser to upload a two-megabyte attachment. Why can't it be uploaded to more than 80K?
Note: I have changed multiple versions of UC, and this happens whether I upload it to the forum or the UC network disk.

It could be a browser issue. You can try using a different browser to see if it works.

Then why didn't it work when I just used QQ Browser? Could it be a file problem?
