"Treasure of the Gate" mission: Enter in the order of "Human", "Heaven" and "Earth" in the Manghuang Ancient Domain, and then you can open the stone door in the "Demon Fire Mountain Range" and obtain the treasure.
"Treasure of the Cave" mission: Press "Ji" in the Manghuang Ancient Domain , "C", "E", "A", "D", and "B" enter the sand cave in the order and you will be transported to the treasure.
