Second, for failed auctions (i.e.: the seller fails to pay for the item), the buyer's gold coins will be returned to the buyer after one week, and the handling fee will be paid by the buyer.
Third, the integrity attribute is introduced, which will increase with each successful auction. When a certain value is reached, a medal will be awarded. Otherwise, it will be deducted and superimposed, (for example: the first time it is negative 1, the second time it is negative 2, the third time it is 4...and so on!) When the integrity negative value is >5, you will be blacklisted for one week! At the same time, negative values are cleared! (The above values are for reference and can be changed, so do not go into details)
Fourth, add the seller's ability to cancel the auction. If the seller voluntarily cancels the auction during the auction, a handling fee of 20% of the current highest price will be charged and the buyer will be compensated.
Five, here comes the key, haha, in order to better save forum resources, it is recommended to add moderators in the auction area. The work content: review unqualified auctions, and cancel the auction if the auction items and descriptions are unclear. For a successful auction, after both parties have paid for the items, apply to the webmaster for transfer. It is best to give the moderator transfer permission. But since it is a financial power, it is best to find reliable people.
