First, you need to download a SystemUI.apk that suits your model or ask me to make one for you, then use RE Manager (ROOT permissions required) to move SystemUI.apk to system to modify the permissions (Figure 1), then copy the SystemUI.apk with modified permissions to system/app to overwrite the original file.
