Looking for experts to come forward and explain

I just bought a smartphone today, and when I went home to charge it, I noticed a burning smell. It also happens when I connect it to the computer with a USB to transfer games… the smell seems to come from inside and is quite strong… the charger and USB are integrated. I want to ask an expert to explain this.
