Help! Why can't I upload my attachment?

Today I kept failing to upload attachments to UC Cloud, why? It seems I couldn't upload before either, and later I thought it would be resolved eventually...

I have always had this problem, and I recommend my own solution: the first upload will fail. After it fails, click return, and then click once more (do not reselect the file, because it is the return key, the file is already selected) and the upload will work! You can give it a try.
