GTA: Vice City can't be played, help!

A couple of days ago I was still playing, but when I opened it today, the screen was black, though it didn't freeze… The touch points (I turned on touch display) can still slide… Can someone tell me what's going on?

I know what's going on. I looked at the data packet and found it turned into 0k, and the last modification time was December 2012, but I downloaded this game in January 2013.
