Overall, the resources on 7723 are pretty good. But their * server is really terrible. On other sites, the speed is over 200k. Here, it's only 50-80k. Downloading a game takes forever, and sometimes it even fails halfway through. Even though the network is connected, it still tells you to connect to the network. Honestly, it's really frustrating.
