When I tried to modify RMS using 'Liunian Sizhu', the screen only showed grids and no characters. Others said it's because it's in hexadecimal. So how can I convert it into characters? I have very little money, so I can only give this much. Please, experts, help me.

In my opinion, the display grid indicates that the phone characters are incomplete, or the encoding is incorrect.
