The Answer Department has rapidly developed in a lively manner. Riding on the success of the previous Publicity Department and relying on the joint efforts of all enthusiastic friends, we are now specifically detailing the divisions within the Answer Department to facilitate work.
The Answer Department is divided into three areas: on-demand answers, newcomer navigation, and top posts. The meanings are probably easy to understand from the literal words, and each area will have different staff assigned. The corresponding titles will also be different. For example: Detailed information for You Shang Chao Guan Guo Er (ID: 37435):
Title: On-Demand Answer Department Specialist (Level 5)
All members who have already joined the Answer Department are requested to privately message me their specialties, and I will grant the appropriate titles. In addition, members who have joined both the Answer Department and the Publicity Department will temporarily keep their titles but will receive preferential treatment in medal rewards. However, new entry approvals for the Publicity Department will be stricter, which will be managed by Qian for oversight, while the Answer Department will recruit more leniently. Changes will be made once the work becomes normalized.
Furthermore, if members of the Publicity Department have ideas, you can post some reflections on your work; this is very helpful for personal development.

This is a 'government department' whose members are all 'civil servants'.
Hehe, it's not like being an official. This department mainly exists to serve everyone.
Ah, it's a good thing it's modern times; in ancient times, 'civil servants'...
