The prayer wheel turns with a sound, chanting through the night, waiting for you to look back from the edge of the three paths. I sit long beside the Buddha, half leaning against the setting sun, my black hair flowing with the distant mountains.
Yesterday has become the wind, today all is different. At dusk, a song flows eastward with the water, endless shadows hurry by. I only wish to always say it was in the past. Do not dwell on returning! Only after black hair has turned to white do we realize not to forget today's worries.
