An An is way too irresponsible...
I applied for the (Newcomer Progress Award) three weeks ago. She said I met the requirements and approved it. But she didn't give it to me. It's so irresponsible and incompetent! I suggest that An An should no longer be a medal moderator; she doesn't meet the standards for being a moderator. That's it.

Do newcomers understand me? If you don't understand, then don't stir up trouble. I, the original poster, can't issue medals, and besides, the medals are right there—will it make any difference if you have fewer? Is it necessary to talk to me like this? Why do you only see people's flaws and not notice the beautiful parts?
