Modifying themes in nth format

Which buddy knows how to modify the nth format theme? For example, I don't like the menu background of a theme and want to change it to one I like. How should I modify it?

Change the format to zip and open it with MC, you will see many pictures, delete the ones you don't like, put in the ones you like, and as long as the names are the same as the ones deleted, it will be fine

Use MC Manager! Find the image you want to change, then replace the original image with the image you want to use.
