Where can I download a GBA emulator, experts?

Looking at some GBA-type games, the introduction says they all require an emulator. Where can I download it on a phone? Also, where can I download the uncompressed version? Or can it only be played on a PSP? My PSP supports the GBA format.

Android phones have a GBA emulator.

If your PSP supports GBA, you can download it, then extract the GBA files and put them on the PSP's memory card.
