This cultivation method, also known as 【Diamond Prajñā Zen Gong】 or Warrior Wisdom Science of Gigong, 【Diamond】: Through the process of 【refining fluids into essence】 and 【refining essence into qi】, the body is cultivated into a diamond-like form, thereby achieving a 'healthy' state of 'rejuvenation.' When our body is cultivated and observes the foundation of the body, it will display a 'golden' light body, which we call the 'golden body.' This is the same as the traditional practice of painting Buddha, Bodhisattva, and deity statues with gold. From a quantum perspective, communication between our body cells occurs through photons. When our body cells are highly efficient, a large number of photon phenomena naturally occur. Therefore, when observing the lower dantian, the foundation of the body will possess a golden texture. 【Prajñā】: During the process of body refinement, the extraordinary meridians and twelve meridians will be activated, making the body, mind, and spirit more coordinated, and integrating with the universal consciousness to achieve enlightenment and attain 'wisdom.' 【Zen Gong】: After a certain level of cultivation, the sound of cicadas will be heard, which the Daoists call 'eagle cries behind the brain.' This phenomenon can also occur in those with nervous system weakness or excessive internal heat, but the true 'eagle cry behind the brain' occurs in a state of tranquility and disappears after entering meditation. 'Eagle cry behind the brain' is a phenomenon of the opening of heavenly ears. The rejuvenation cultivation method differs from general qigong, mainly focusing on refining the body, regulating breath, and concentrating the mind. Beginners will most noticeably feel improvements in their body during the first week, and in three months, the foundation will be established, which is referred to by Daoists as 'building the foundation in a hundred days.' After practice, qi enters the meridians and spinal cord, and chronic diseases in the body will gradually be corrected. Over three years, physical strength, essence, qi, and spirit will return to the state of ten or twenty years prior. Muscles and bones will be flexible, complexion vibrant, face radiant, excess fat will disappear, wrinkles will fade, and a noticeable phenomenon of 'rejuvenation' will occur. The rejuvenation cultivation method integrates the essence of Daoist and ancient yoga practices. In modern terms, it is a practice that anyone can cultivate, and spending thirty minutes a day can extend life. This method originates from the wisdom and cultivation practices of ancient civilizations to attain 'Buddhahood and Dao.' Therefore, when the body's innate qi is sufficient, the body naturally becomes healthy and long-lived. Those with the affinity can continuously practice the intermediate and advanced methods of 'refining qi into spirit, refining spirit into emptiness,' concentrating and cultivating to complete the final stage of life and attain ultimate realization. To cultivate this method, it is necessary to have a basic understanding of the cultivation process before one can begin practicing. Why not explain all cultivation methods through videos or illustrations? The main reason is that this cultivation method is not an ordinary, simple qigong; it requires the opening of the extraordinary meridians and the twelve meridian systems. In the past, we often saw in movies that before becoming a martial arts master, one must first unblock the Ren and Du meridians. Therefore, the first stage of our cultivation is to unblock the Ren and Du meridians; once these two meridians are unblocked, all other meridians will follow.
During cultivation, the body naturally promotes the movement of innate qi, but it is essential to practice within a safe range. Currently, there is no need to demonstrate through illustrations because there are many tips and techniques in the process, which must be adjusted according to an individual's physical strength and condition. This prevents improper practice that could occur from blindly trying after just reading the book.

Saving one life is better than building a seven-story stupa; saving oneself reduces family tragedy and pain.
Life is not measured by length but by whether we cherish the rare opportunity of being human and understanding its meaning.
Life is not about wealth or poverty but about the joy of helping others, which remains forever in the human world.
When one person attains the Way, family and ancestors benefit; for a cultivated person, even before blessings arrive, misfortune is already kept at bay.

I am the 1625th generation disciple of Xiaoyao Valley, with the Daoist name Ni Tian. In our valley, all generations of disciples except me have become gods, so I was given the title 'God-defying'.
Cultivate what... just go to a valley, find an eagle, communicate with it... sort out the relationship, and it will take you to find the great sword of its former master, then spar with him a few rounds... you'll become a peerless master! You'll also get a pet.\If that doesn't work... find a white ape at the bottom of the valley, cut open its belly... wow! Peerless martial arts manual!!! Alright, go learn it...
