I kindly ask all the passing or drifting kind-hearted heroes, your humble servant needs a jar software that can translate jar games into Chinese, preferably one that doesn't require internet and is still in Chinese... Is there one available?

It can be said that without this kind of software, several essential software for Chinese localization are needed: Youdao Dictionary (for translation), MT (for unpacking and packing), and class verifier (for final review after localization). If necessary, these three can be combined into one software.
