Java emulators require the phone to be rooted; those that do not require rooting are fake, because currently there are only two types of emulators on mobile phones, JBed and JBlend.

Android phones are not meant for playing jar files. No matter what, they can't achieve the effect of a jar. Just buy one. It's not expensive.
