I didn't stay for evening self-study tonight and I'm back again. I want to ask a question: last month I subscribed to a 200 yuan data plan and used over 40 MB. I thought I would be out of balance, but I can still access the internet. However, when I call 10086, they say the system is busy. Can anyone help me, what's going on?
