More precisely, the in-game time is zero, so it should be considered the beginning. I modified some items, like medicine, evolution stones, and items that increase stat limits. Master Balls are unlimited, and by "unlimited" I mean when you open the storage PC, the item quantities will show as ?83. Even if you take out a billion of them, it will still show a question mark. But since I'm still a student and inexperienced with modding, the items aren't complete. Still, they're mostly useful. As for money, I can admit I failed and don't want to research it (reason will be revealed later).\I spent half an hour this afternoon modifying the game's ROM. The changes are: all item prices are now single digits, and some Pokémon skills and evolutions have been changed. You could say it's super overpowered, and with this save, it's even more unbeatable.
