◎ Introduction
In the 1940s, former boxing champion Mickey Cohen (Sean Penn) ) is the most powerful gang boss in Los Angeles. While running prostitution, gambling and other activities, he bribes the Los Angeles police and judges to do evil and dominate in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles police officer John O'Mara (Josh Brolin) hates evil and has never been afraid of Micky. He has just destroyed one of his prostitution dens.
