How can you do this?
Someone finally managed to find that infinite version of Cat Shooter and wants to make a post to share it with everyone. You say posting it on an external site would get it locked, but even if it's posted externally, what's wrong with that? Sharing the fun with everyone, we know people on other sites won't stop coming back anyway. Other websites can share externally, so why can't this one? There are so few game posts every day; what do you think the reason is........

I agree as well, links for giving out benefits probably shouldn't be considered promotion of other sites. Only those who specifically come to post saying how good certain sites are should be considered promoting other sites, at least that's how I see it...
