1: Emulator save states and ROM saves cannot be converted, so don't waste time here. ROM saves have a fixed size. 2: Save states can only be used on the emulator that created them, so don't think you can put a save from your computer on your phone. 3: On a computer, exported ROM save files have the extension .sav. Save states have the extension .saX (X is a number). 4: On Symbian phones, ROM save files have the extension .gba.sav, and save states have the extension .gba.X.sav. 5: On Android with Gameboid, ROM saves have the same .sav extension as on a computer, and save states have the extension .ssX. On Android with MyBoy, ROM saves are also the same as on a computer, and save states have the extension .stX. Additionally, it will generate an image with the extension .stX.png; both files together are considered a complete save state. 6: On Android, Gameboid and MyBoy require that .sav ROM saves and their corresponding files be placed in the same folder with the same filename, and then you can play. Gameboid's save states are also generated in the folder where the ROM is located; the emulator itself doesn't have its own folder. MyBoy generates a folder named MyBoy by itself, and save states and images are located in a subfolder called save. 7: I haven't used Symbian phones, so I won't go into detail. This is all very easy to understand. Since this is minor knowledge, that's about it. Random talk, thanks for corrections, and thanks for adding if there's anything missing.

The computer is probably SGM, I even uploaded a computer save file yesterday.
Gameboid is actually pretty good, it's just that some games can't be played, such as the typical Dark Phantom.
