After downloading this novel, it shows as Korean gibberish when viewed with iReader, but it appears in Chinese when opened with ES Text Editor and WPS Office. How can this be resolved? (Other text files are fine)

The transcoding didn't go well, not too sure. There used to be a reading software that, after changing the encoding, turned Korean back into Chinese!
