Why can't I finish the Android games I downloaded with data packs! They either crash or the data pack gets stuck on 'installing' and even after waiting a whole day it's still not done! I'm helpless and looking for a solution????? Device model: Samsung L9300

This device has the 9You Game Center. You can download directly there along with the game data package! Downloaded using WiFi!! In short, I can't play any game that has a data package, it's so frustrating.
It's possible that the version you downloaded requires Google Services Framework or Google Play. It's recommended to check the description on the site for versions that don't need Google or to download it using Muzhiwan.
Other reasons for crashes: 1: Incompatibility with 4.0 (this cannot be solved) 2: Older Gameloft games do not support multi-touch (this also cannot be solved) 3: Samsung's built-in storage issues, the location for placing data packages is different from regular phones
This is very complicated. First, you need to root, and then replace the Google Services Framework with a system file. If you don't understand it at all, don't download the version that requires Google.
=_= Simply put, it's the version from the website. Ignore the ones with 'Google' in the description, then unzip the data package (the ones from the site are usually already set up, you just need to unzip it into the internal storage directory; Zarchiver is recommended for unzipping).
