In "Wangxian OL", pets are not just tools that help you fight; they are lively creatures that can reproduce. Players can breed a male and a female pet, both at level 50, to obtain a second-generation pet. The starting attributes and growth of second-generation pets are superior to the first generation. Second-generation pets also have a certain chance of mutation, and mutated pets have unparalleled attributes and damage potential. However, players should note: second-generation pets cannot reproduce. After obtaining a second-generation pet, first-generation pets do not disappear and can breed once every 50 levels.

Pets are divided into types such as Physical Attack, Internal Power, Agility, and Defense. To own a top-tier pet, you must first decide what type of pet you need. For example, at level 90, Niu Mo is a Physical Attack type, Ginseng is an Internal Power attack pet, and Demon Sword Soul is an Agility type pet, etc. Once you've chosen your favorite pet, you can start training it! I chose the second-generation One-in-a-hundred Demon Sword Soul, and below I will use Demon Sword Soul as an example to introduce pet training to friends!

❔Refining monsters will refresh all the pet's aptitude data and initial aptitude points, which are categorized as Common, Good, Excellent, Outstanding, and Perfect. At the same time, the refining interface also shows the refinement score. For example, for the Demon Sword Soul, the full score is 3000 points, but the game refreshes data very poorly, sometimes only a few hundred points. Don't worry, through reasonable refining, you can get nearly full-score top-tier pets. After clicking refine, don't be fooled by the system showing 'Perfect'; if the score is only 1000 points, a perfect pet is just free food with almost no attack power. In the early stages, look at the score when refining. Suppose the pet's current score is 1000 points [Perfect], and the refinement score is 1011 [Common], don't hesitate to directly replace it; this is the only way to refine a pet with a higher score (the pet's score value fluctuates around the current score). When most of the pet's data bars are refined to the maximum, a bottleneck will appear! Every pet will have one data bar that is extremely low, called a 'shortcoming.' You'll find that no matter how much you refine, this data cannot surpass its current level. At this point, you need to change your approach.
For example, before refining, a pet with full magic aptitude of 1080 has a total score of 2980, with body and magic aptitude at 1055. After refining, the total score is 2978, but the body and magic aptitude becomes 1060. Don't hesitate—replace it. By repeating this method, the shortcoming will be resolved! Finally, when refining reaches a score of 2990, which is about 10 points away from full data, refining becomes very difficult. Stop while you're ahead, and wait to replace pets with perfect quality that have all full aptitude but slightly lower initial aptitudes.
I pursue perfection in refining and conducted an experiment. When the score reached 2995, after refining 2000 more times, the highest achievable score was only 2999, and the aptitude was merely Outstanding; that remaining 1 point could not increase.
Pet Development Plan Step 3 → Merging
Every pet has its own personality, which affects the frequency of skill activation. While pursuing 10 skills is good, making skills reasonable is even more important! Demon Sword Soul has a Cautious personality, so when choosing skills, select the pet with the highest release probability for the Cautious personality. Pet skills are categorized into buff type, single-target attack, area attack, and obstacle attack. If focusing on PK (player killing), prioritize single-target attacks and obstacle skills, which greatly compensate for some classes that lack obstacle attacks.Pet eggs are farmed on the Sacred Beast Island. Taking the Demon Sword Soul as an example, for merging, cautious skills should mainly be used on Demon Sword Soul pet eggs. This greatly increases the chance of getting the cautious skill. Once a pet with the cautious skill appears, first bind the cautious skill and then merge them together, destroying other personality skills. When two pets each have five skills, add them to the main pet. The main pet should also have the cautious skill bound. If you're unlucky and reach eight skills and can't get to ten, that's fine; later merges with seven skills will have a high chance to reach ten. When I merged, it took me only two tries, and I didn't consciously look for times with fewer people. Overall, merging is a meticulous task that requires great patience to achieve a satisfactory and reasonable skill set. \Pet Training Plan Step 5 → Transformation\???? In my personal opinion, transformation has no技巧, it burns money, extremely burns money! Friends with money can directly refine, ensuring a success rate above 85% without any problem. The first ten are very easy, but later, you will need blue, purple, or even higher quality inner cores. I won't explain this here. \Pet Training Plan Step 6 → Leveling and Attribute Allocation\???? Likewise, there's not much to say, it's just that skill damage depends on the pet's level. (Assuming pet skill damage adds an extra 13,000 points, the actual damage dealt will be the base damage plus that 13,000, not reducing even 1 point of burst.) The higher the pet's level, the better. Allocate attributes: internal magic points to internal magic, external points to external, no tricks involved.
