Saipan Full Version to Improve Internet Speed
Came from the Lexun forum, my previous internet speed was 20k/s, after using this it stabilized at 50k/s. First unzip it and then drag the files into c:\sys\bin. Don't blame me if it doesn't work, I'm just passing it on.
