Hanamiya Saki [How can zombies be that cute?]
The protagonist, Chihiro Kōya, who is inherently unremarkable, is a first-year student at Shiyō High School and a great lover of zombies; the heroine, Reimi Sagami, is the only daughter of the Sagami family. To others, she appears to be highly enviable, but in reality, she is a girl who suffers greatly due to her father's excessive control. (br) Originally, these two had no connections, but by a twist of fate, Sagami discovers Kōya's experiment in which he revives his cat using a resurrection potion made from hydrangeas (Japanese: Ajisai). Soon after, Sagami dies unexpectedly. (br) After drinking Kōya's resurrection potion, Sagami successfully comes back to life but must now live as a zombie. Becoming a zombie, Reimi Sagami naturally starts living in Chihiro Kōya's house. In this way, Kōya begins living together with the zombie he has always admired.
