Suggestions about the tribe

In just a few days, 11 tribes have been added. I suppose there are still many people who want to create their own tribes, but how many people are there on our 7 forums? The webmaster's new rule is 20 people per month, and I think even in half a year, they might not recruit that many. By then, we'll have a flood of alternate accounts again. I think we should use a different method. For example, every month, a tribe must contribute 100 million gold coins. If they can't pay, the tribe will be temporarily closed and will reopen once the payment is made. If they can't pay for half a year, it will be permanently closed, and the person who opened the tribe will never be allowed to start a tribe again. Also, the tribe name cannot be used by anyone else again. For example, if A opens tribe A and fails to contribute the fund for half a year, the tribe will close. If B wants to open a tribe, they cannot use the name tribe A, and tribe A can never be reopened, but it will still appear in the tribe list. Clicking in will show who opened the tribe, when it was opened and closed, the fund amount, how many members there were, and the tribe's posts can still be viewed, just not posted in anymore, allowing former tribe members to reminisce. I think the number of people in a tribe is completely irrelevant. A tribe is just a home for like-minded people. If it's all alternate accounts, what is the point of a tribe? Is it even fun to make alternate accounts in a tribe? Really? So webmaster, your rule is problematic. The forum already has few people, yet to start a tribe, you also require recruitment, and 20 people. I see daily forum activity mostly as 20-something members and 70-something visitors, with usually only about 20 online at the same time, not including those with tribes. Recruiting anyone except through fake accounts will make it impossible for tribes to survive, so this rule should be scrapped. Additionally, I think having more tribes is a good thing. Could people be allowed to join multiple tribes? Also, regarding people in tribes: members must check in at least 10 days a month; those who don't will be kicked out of the tribe and not allowed to rejoin for a month. Recently resigned members cannot rejoin the tribe they left for a month. That's it for now. My writing isn't great, please bear with me.
