My first civilian-style stiletto design.
It won't pop up and then get stuck. Once it pops up, you can only retract it manually... How do you modify it? Please advise...

Actually being able to create the design is what counts; just drawing the design plans isn't enough... As for the original poster's question, I don't know either... But I really admire the original poster for drawing up the design plans.
For your problem, my suggestion is to hire a long-term worker who specializes in picking up arrows for you.
