The game 'BlazBlue' is the latest work from the team behind the 'Guilty Gear' series, featuring a fully upgraded WXGA 1280 ×768 high-resolution widescreen display. The game animations were produced by the well-known animation company GONZO, including the opening movie and several ending sequences. However, the new anime adaptation will not be produced by GONZO but by teamKG/Hoods Entertainment, known for works like 'Seikon no Qwaser' and 'Magical Breast Secret Scroll.' The first key visual of the anime has already been released, and the anime is scheduled to premiere in fall 2013 (October)!

They conveyed the ancient power known as 'magic' to humans. Humanity combined this with technology to create the all-powerful force known as 'Ars Magus.' With their newly acquired abilities, humans joined forces with the six heroes to launch a counterattack, and after fierce battles, they finally defeated the beasts.
Later, this conflict came to be known as the 'First Mage War,' and the six heroes were honored as the 'Six Heroes,' with their heroic deeds passed down to future generations.// In this great war, in order to use magical techniques, a large number of so-called "magic books" were compiled, and to manage these magic books, people established the "World Void Intelligence Control Organization (Control Organization)." // Under the rule of the Control Organization, the entire world used a new ability called "magical techniques," which led to rapid development in various fields. The revived world became incomparable to the world before the war. // After the Control Organization began its dictatorship, decades passed. In a world centered on magical techniques, significant disparities in wealth and class emerged due to differences in individual abilities. Dissatisfaction accumulated around the world, ready to erupt. Eventually, the "Ikaruga Federation," rebelling against the Control Organization, launched the "Second Magic War (Ikaruga Civil War)." This was the first war in this world where humans fought each other using magical techniques. // The war ended with the collapse and disintegration of the Ikaruga Federation. As a result, the Control Organization successfully demonstrated their philosophy of "those who oppose me perish" to the world. Several years after the Ikaruga Civil War was settled, an astonishing event occurred.
