After downloading and installing z4root, enter the software. It's all in English, there are two options, click the first one, and then you're done.
The one-click root I searched for on Baidu doesn't work at all. It says I've obtained root, but using the Game Guardian app still says no root.
There are a lot of these things, like KingRoot, Shuaji Jingling, Shuaji Dashi, and so on. Not every software will necessarily succeed, you need to try several.
I've tried, and regular phones usually won't succeed... I used the Green Bean flashing tool and it worked on the first try...
