Finally figured out how to get rid of the noise in PPSSPP
1. Turn off rendering buffer\2. Turn off frame skipping\3. If it still doesn't work\3. If it still doesn't work, download this\ViPER4Android FX, equivalent to the professional version\HIFI, equivalent to the basic version\Choose one to install (I installed FX). After entering the program and installing the plugin, just check the sound effects you want (there are enhancements for both headphones and speakers). It's best to enable bass enhancement; this works for all sounds. Right now, I'm using a cheap, low-quality pair of earphones, and listening to music still feels amazing.
