What does episode 14 mean? They compressed episodes 1-13 into one episode for you to watch, and the episode number is actually 13.5!! Delaying the release like this is just too ridiculous.

It wasn't originally 14 episodes; a 0.5 recap is very common in half-year series, such as Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, and so on.
