Bameng generally cannot localize games into Chinese. If you really want to localize it, it has a memory editor that can use hexadecimal to modify the text, but there are too many games, so it's hard to say. For playing games on a tablet, look for games released after 2012; there are few high-definition old games, and they won't fill the screen. The Thumb Play forum is absolutely amazing, it only discusses Android games and software, sharing resources without asking for help. Recently, I've been using the PPSSPP emulator, and I feel it can easily outperform a bunch of Android games.
