I always thought that people should live freely. Ever since I was a child, I looked up to Li Xiaoyao from *The Legend of Sword and Fairy*—I admired him at that time. Later, the carving of time and the warmth and coldness of human relations made me realize that I am not really grown up; I just overly thought that my thoughts were mature.

To be honest, according to forums, before the college entrance exam, I felt that I really wanted to have fun and make friends, but during the summer vacation, I sank at home, and besides my phone and computer, all that was left was the bitter thinking of the night. I have always wanted to ask: what has diluted my interests, what has diluted my neglect of QQ friends' messages?

Maybe I am just a troubled teenager, an 18-year-old adult who doesn't even have the right to feel sentimental. Why do people have to grow up? After reading so many books, I really want to give up; it's so damn terrifying. Alone, I only want to find drunkenness. I feel that my friendships have truly all faded. Either browsing the internet or eating, nothing is as fulfilling as before.

Who can save me, this lost person? Don't talk to me about things like going to school anymore.

Because of overthinking, you often complicate your life. Clearly, you are living in the present, yet you constantly dwell on the past and worry about the future; insisting on carrying the past, future, and present with you, of course, your life becomes muddled and messy. Simplicity is a state of grace. Simply feel the changes in the weather with your skin, simply taste the scent of grass after rain with your nose, simply use your eyes to take in distant mountains and nearby scenery as if they were a painting. Simply live in the now. And the present is actually indifferent to right or wrong, true or false. Since there is no right or wrong, there is no need to overthink; since there is no true or false, there is no need to dwell on the past or worry about the future. Without right or wrong, true or false, isn't it just like dreaming? Yes, simply treat your life as a dream as you go through it.
Although I am like the original poster, I look at things more openly! At least I won't be troubled by those trivial matters.
[Let go of barriers] Set a goal, and then find a belief (sorry OP, I am not here for cryptocurrency, actually you shouldn't offer a reward, just find more friends in the group, being together is great)
How can I just stay cooped up at home all the time?
It's your phone and computer… a boring life makes you introverted and lonely!! Go out! Kid
A person must go through this process. When you really can't stay, you will go out, and the outside world is much more exciting than you imagine.
Uh uh.
Time changes everything!
A group of friends? Yes, but most of them are inactive now, and even when they're online, I don't know what to talk about.
