Looking for experts! Even after running a Java emulator on Android 4.0 with data-free UC, it still consumes data. I've turned off all preloading, and tried proxies in the US, Canada, Russia, and Shanghai, but it doesn't help—the data still gets used. Help! Wishing for longevity.
