Uh, I couldn't get it to work at first either... As long as you keep pressing the ultimate move sequence, you'll get it (like ↓↓→B).

Hehe, by the way, I think Piccolo (the Great Demon King) is invincible. His attack speed is very fast, his energy waves can track... and his attack power is also high. In team battles, he can basically take on three opponents at once.
