[Android] Solutions for 'App Not Installed'

It seems like it was asked by Ji You, so I might as well post the tutorial. Everyone should support it!
Main content is as follows:
1. The phone must first have Root access and have Root Explorer (RE Manager) installed.
2. Use Root Explorer, mount as 'Read/Write', open /mnt/secure/asec/ to find smdl2tmp1.asec, and delete it.
Note: If this file is not found in this path, use the 'Search' function to locate it and delete it, and the problem will be resolved.
