It should be the administrator or the moderator. I have a suggestion: Right now, most replies on 7723 are just spam, with no useful value at all, purely wasting space. I hope the moderators and administrators can change the forum so that when viewing posts, replies are not spammy. You can reply with something like 'Thanks for sharing,' but don't keep posting useless replies every day, which is also not good for the original posters... So I suggest that the moderators and administrators improve the 'Reply' feature!! Thank you.
