Why can’t Baidu receive your smile?

My phone, I don't know what's going on. Normally when playing that mobile game you can run two accounts at the same time without disconnecting; but now it automatically exits. After a few days, if you try to run two accounts at once, it disconnects and exits. How do I fix this? Please help.
