Strongly demand the removal of the time limit for replies! Also, the time limit for leaving messages! It's too much to impose a time limit on messages. If I want to chat with friends, I have to wait for a long time! And there are always repeated warnings about sending replies too fast, it's really infuriating!

The reply time limit should be to prevent malicious spamming. As for the message time limit, I think it really should be removed, otherwise it would be very hard to chat.
