I have always had a question.
Why can't some people's replies be commented on??? And there's only pinned posts next to them, what's going on? Please help figure it out.

It seems that there is a word limit for replying to comments; you cannot comment if you don't reach the word count. As for pinning, it should be something only the original poster can do.
There are also factors related to moderator management to consider (for example, this post by Cheng Lin was originally published in the chat and casual talk area that I manage, but it should have been posted in the Q&A area. So I used my moderator authority to move the post to the current Q&A area. When it was originally in the chat and casual talk area, I could perform actions like locking the post or clearing the replies. Once a post is locked, it cannot be replied to, but after being moved, attempts to reply will display a page message saying: 'ID error or the post has been moved.' )
