The 7723 Forum has gone from being unknown in 2009 to once glorious in 2012, and then to being quiet in 2013. Although it has endured several years of storms and trials, it hasn't really grown, which inevitably makes people feel a bit bittersweet. During these years, some friends reluctantly chose to leave, while many others have stayed loyal to 7723. But we firmly believe that as long as we persist and work hard, our dreams will eventually come true.\ In order for the 7723 Forum to reach new glory, reform is already on the agenda and is imperative. If the 7 Forum were a large bus, the moderators would be like the wheels. If the wheels stop moving, the bus stops moving. Will passengers still get on a bus that has stopped? We plan to start by managing the moderators. Currently, many moderators have become mere ornaments and have not fulfilled their responsibilities. From now on, we will strengthen the management of forum moderators and will no longer allow any negligence. Starting this month, moderators must earnestly perform the following basic duties:\ 1. Be online for more than 2 hours every day.\ 2. Post at least 15 posts per month.\ 3. Manage their respective sections seriously.\ 4. If unable to be online due to personal reasons, request leave in advance.\ From November onwards, at the end of each month, we will evaluate the work performance of all forum moderators for that month. Moderators with excellent performance will be rewarded with phone credits or other gifts (tentatively 30 to 100 yuan in phone credit, with a maximum end-of-year reward of a smartphone; this credit can also be used for online shopping). There will be both rewards and punishments—moderators who fail in their duties will have their positions revoked. Current moderators should reply to this post as a form of check-in so we know which moderators are still active online. Your past contributions to 7723 will always be remembered, but past contributions should not make you arrogant; the price of arrogance is falling behind. The 7723 Forum was born for mobile games and dreams. We must move forward and cannot lag behind. Keep it up, friends! Keep it up, 7723!!\ \ Management Department of 7723\ October 12, 2013

Free and unburdened without an official position
Continuing to lurk, getting ready to sleep, good night everyone, and the site admin uncle too, go to bed early!
Claiming a front-row seat, I'm not a moderator
I am the moderator of the standalone version, and also the moderator of the on-demand version... (Please, webmaster, remove my on-demand version, it's not suitable for the on-demand version)
Uh, I've always been an unnoticed little member.
Hmm, got it. Work hard and be responsible. Let's create brilliance together.
A small member, together celebrating the brilliance of 7 forums!
Academics are so high up ah ah ah… No way I can be a moderator, just coming here to chat when I have time is fine! Hehe
It's so late and I'm already here to report??, ………… actually I want to say I can't sleep
7723 Come on!
Posting 15 times a day is kind of too much..
Uh, I read it wrong, it's January..
(⊙o⊙) Prize... not being a moderator... is there a reward for 15 resource posts a day?
I've always been an unknown nobody...
Passing by...
It's January -_-///
Please, 11th floor, take a closer look. It's more than fifteen posts per month.
When we say posting 15 posts per month, we are not emphasizing the number of posts, but rather this serves as proof of the moderator's activity. In fact, 15 posts per month is not much for an active moderator, because there are more than 30 days in a month, except for February.
Phone bill??? Looks like it's time to get a new phone!
Come on, Qi Tan
