An insider from China Unicom stated that the technical specifications are currently being planned and formulated, and it is expected that China Unicom will officially start the 4G bidding around the end of the year, with the TD-LTE bidding share believed to exceed 30%, similar to China Telecom's situation.\
China Mobile's largest-scale 4G bidding has now entered the final stage, and it is expected that over 50 4G base stations will be built in 2014. China Telecom also quietly began 4G bidding in August this year, with a base station scale of 60,000 to 70,000, covering the entire country, and TD-LTE bidding accounting for about 30% of the total.\

Our 4G is all calculated by gigabytes. The plans offered with mobile phones seem to have around 4000MB of data per month. Anyway, I definitely won't get trapped by a contract phone; 3G is enough.
